I've started over 20 businesses, only a handful survived
For over 10 years, I've gone from nothing to twenty-plus businesses. Most of them failed. Some turned into million-dollar deals. Along the way I also grew a community of 3,000+ professionals in a city where I knew almost no one.
The businesses that survived and the ones that didn't taught me the same lesson. Almost every revenue problem comes down to one of three things: who you're selling to, how you reach them, or what you're actually offering. Now I teach founders and consultants how to spot which one is broken in their own business, and fix it.
Curious what's costing you clients?
